He's not a West Highland Terrier, but looks like a sheep dog. He was very dirty, with numerous stickers on his underside of his fur, feces matted into fur around anus. Feet discolored fur due to red mud. Hard collar on. Nice dog, good personality. Wants to run with my pack, but He want to go to his old home, must get owners notified w/ two weeks to claim or must adopt out. Call to ID.
