Dog has been reunited with his owner.

How:
"Kidd had no tags so we took him to a vet to have him scanned for a microchip. The info on his chip was all outdated so we called the chip company. Apparently they had more up-to-date info as the owner called us very soon after we talked to Avid. They came over to pick him up immediately."
